Shipping:

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders all over India, to both urban and rural areas. However, there may be certain locations where our logistics partners can’t reach. In such cases, delivery may not be available for certain locations.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer the convenience of cash on delivery for our customers across India, however, customers will have to bear the shipping cost for post-paid orders. Customers can pay in cash when it is delivered to their doorsteps. Please ensure that the exact amount is ready for payment.
  2. Online Payment: We offer free shipping on prepaid orders all over India. We accept online payments through various secure payment gateways. You can choose to pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, or mobile wallets. We ensure that all the online transactions done on our website are completely safe and secure.

Shipping:

  1. Delivery Charges: We offer free shipping on prepaid orders, and there is no minimum value. However, a nominal shipping charge will be added if you opt for a post-paid order. For COD, the shipping charges may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  2. Processing Time: We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. By any chance, the dispatch gets delayed due to unavailability or something else, buyers will be notified via phone calls or SMS about the estimated dispatch time for such products.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time: For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7-10 days, however due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strike, remote location, stocking or other issues, it may take longer. Customers can be able to track their orders using a unique tracking link that will be sent to their registered mobile number.
  4. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS notification with the tracking details. You can track your order by visiting the courier partner’s website and entering the provided tracking number/tracking link.
  5. Non-Delivery Locations: In some rare cases, we may be unable to deliver to certain remote locations or areas with restricted access. If your delivery address falls under such circumstances, we will inform you about the same and provide alternative solutions to ensure your satisfaction.
  6. Packaging: We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that the products reach you in excellent condition. Fragile or delicate items are wrapped securely and extra padding is provided to minimize any potential damage during transit.
  7. International Shipping: At present, we only provide shipping services within India. We do not offer international shipping. However, we are constantly trying to expand our reach and will soon be able to serve customers from across the globe.
